project produces in-situ and distributes to newspaper 15,000
rations of meals with different types from menus.

Friends of the city of Buenos Aires is an example of
intervention in projects of compensated gastronomical
architecture, since a commercial study has been made and it
projected a central kitchen, a restaurant, a Fast-Food, a
Grill and a Minikiosco. All working in parallel, under a same
administration, being compensated one with another one and
improving general the economic yield. |
